Yi-Ci Jhu is currently in the Ph.D. program in the Institute of Food Science and Technology at National Taiwan University. His research expertise lies in food chemistry and food analysis, with a specific focus on carbohydrate analysis using advanced LC-MS/MS platforms and various analytical methods. His current project focuses on the structural characterization and bioactivities of these polysaccharides.
