If you need a visa invitation letter to support your application, we’re happy to help! Here’s what you need to know:
- The letter will only be issued once your conference registration is fully paid.
- Please submit your request at least 8 weeks before the conference to ensure enough processing time.
- All letters will be sent as a PDF via email.
While we’ll do our best to support you, please remember that the conference organizers cannot influence the visa approval process. Applications can take up to 8 weeks, so if you need a visa, we strongly recommend starting the process as early as possible.
