Moona Partanen is a PhD Researcher at the University of Eastern Finland, Institute of Public Health and Clinical Nutrition. Her research focuses on the effects of plant proteins and their processing on gut health and the gut microbiota. Her work aims to improve understanding of how plant-based proteins and their processing influence gastrointestinal health and may contribute to healthier and more sustainable diets.
