Undertaking his undergraduate studies in human structure and function at The University of Melbourne set the groundwork to interpret mechanical relationships between complementary systems. Following which Christo initiated his PhD at RMIT University, now with a new focus on structural aspects of fibre its functional effects, the gut microbiota and health outcomes. Now in his final year of his PhD, after publishing numerous high-impact papers in Q1 journals he is looking to comprehensively quantify fibre structure-function-health relationships.
